Order & shipping

1. What is pre-order

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet available for sale but will be released soon. Each pre-order item has an estimated delivery date listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, our Customer Service team will reach out to you. You can choose to split the order into two separate shipments or wait to receive all items together.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Can I cancel order

The order can be canceled within one hour by contacting us.

3. Do you ship to my country

We offer worldwide shipping; however, please note that certain regions may not be eligible for delivery.

4. Are taxes and duties included

We do not cover local taxes and duties for orders outside of Australia.

 


Refund

1. Refund Eligibility

We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of hand-made art products, which means no returns or exchanges unless there's serious harm or damage (e.g., critical defects or shipping damage).

Also, please understand that returns for customer errors (e.g., incorrect size or color selection) are excluded from the eligibility.

 

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

- Kindly inspect your item upon delivery.
- Report serious harm or damage within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

3. Reporting Damaged Items

- Order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A brief description
